You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your password and account, notify us immediately at play@sloppywords.com of any unauthorized use, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on sloppywords.com, including but not limited to puzzle clues, game mechanics, scoring systems, design, graphics, text, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of sloppywords.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our express written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable laws or regulations, impersonate any person or entity, use automated scripts or bots, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Site's performance, collect personal information, restrict others' use of the Site, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards or scoring systems.

6. Leaderboards and Scoring

Participation in leaderboards is voluntary. By participating, you agree that your username and score may be displayed publicly. We reserve the right to remove any user from leaderboards or adjust scores at our sole discretion if we determine that any manipulation or violation of these Terms has occurred.

7. Advertising

The Site displays third party advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of third party advertisements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
